Refund Policy

TinyTask Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase for the current device. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@tinytasklab.com within 14 days. Include the email used with PayPal, your purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment passwords or card details.

What happens next

We aim to reply within five business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment method. Once the refund is confirmed, Pro access for that purchase is revoked.

Need help instead?

If Pro was purchased but access is missing because browser storage was cleared or a payment confirmation did not finish, contact us first. We will try to restore verified access before treating it as a refund request.
